2. Rewards Program Terms

2.1 Program Eligibility

The JTAPS Rewards Program is available to customers with active accounts. Participation is free, but account holders must be at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Earning Rewards Points

  • Rewards points are earned on eligible purchases made at our physical location or through the website, as determined by the Company.
  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Each dollar spent equals one reward point (unless otherwise specified in promotional offers).
  • Points are credited to your account following transaction completion.
  • We reserve the right to adjust point values or earning rates with notice.

2.3 Redeeming Rewards Points

  • Accumulated rewards points may be redeemed for discounts, free items, or other rewards as specified in our rewards catalog.

3. Marketing Communications

3.1 Email Communications

3.3 Frequency

We typically send promotional communications no more than 2-3 times per week, but frequency may vary during promotional periods or special events. We will not spam you or send unsolicited communications to your phone.

5.2 One Check-In Per Visit

Only one check-in per visit is permitted. Multiple or fraudulent check-ins will result in point forfeiture and potential account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JTAPS BAR AND GRILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
